What if the business is shut down?
If you arrive at the business and the establishment is closed down permanently, you must provide proof that the business is closed. Acceptable proof includes: a photo of a conflicting business name at the address provided (clearly show the street address), a demolished or missing building, boarded-up windows, eviction notices containing the business name, or other conclusive evidence of closure.
For a mall business, photograph the empty space and take photos of the mall map or directory showing the business is not listed. Remember, the customer needs proof that you are at the correct address.
