What if I need to be removed from a Gig?

When you apply and are accepted for a Gig, the customer is depending on you to complete the work. Gigs in your Upcoming Gigs list are no longer available on the map for other Gigwalkers to claim.

If you know you will not be able to complete a Gig, it is a good idea to proactively withdraw.  Letting your time expire without withdrawing does negatively impact your Gigwalk score.  To withdraw, follow these steps: 

1. In the Gigwalk app, go to the Upcoming Gigs section
2. Locate and select the Gig from which you want to be removed
3. In the upper right-hand corner select UNASSIGN
4. Confirm your removal by selecting Yes
