As stated in the Gigwalker User Agreement (http://gigwalk.com/terms):
You are not the agent of Gigwalk or the Gigwalk Customer and you are not authorized, and must not represent to any third party that you are authorized, to make any commitment or otherwise act on behalf of Gigwalk or the Gigwalk Customer.
As an Independent Contractor (as opposed to an Employee), you may not use Gigwalk's name or logo on your business card unless these three conditions are met:
1) You clearly label your card as “Independent Contractor,”
2) Gigwalk is labeled as your client or as simply an app or software solution that you use, AND
3) Gigwalk is not the only client or app listed
You also might list the types of things you specialize in on the card, e.g. freelance photography, panoramic photography, retail audits, stock checks, endcap setup, general merchandising, planogram execution, etc.
For example, you could do something like this:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Your Name
Freelance Photographer
Independent Contractor for:
Gigwalk
Company #2
Company #3
Also specializing in panoramic photography, endcap setup, and general merchandising.
