App not working at a particular location
I have gone to two different gigs at one location, but when I take the pictures they will not upload. It says to tap the screen to try again but this does nothing. After I try to upload the picture, the picture disappears and I am stuck with no completed gig, when the time is up. Then I cannot access the site and I leave a message to the support, but they do not answer until the following day. This has happened at the same location on two separate gigs, and I tried at least 3-4 times and retook the picture many times. I do not know how to use a picture previously taken, but this would fix the problem. Now I have 2 gigs not-completed on my records, but I have spent an hour trying to complete them twice. What a wreck! Please help!
