Help! The app will not let me sign up. It comes with error message

  Hi Joani, can you give us more details and maybe even a screenshot showing the error message?

  It will not let me paste the screenshot.
  It says "sorry we have a problem"
  Then the next screen says " we are unable to find you right now, pleas check back later"
