Insuret.com Gig is still not working

I signed up for the assign a few weeks ago. As requested, I west to the site, click on links, made notes, etc for at least 15 minutes. I returned the assignment and the link "answer the 9 short questions provided." was not working. It is underlined, but not a hyperlink like the other links on the page. I emailed Gigwalk 2 times, but unforunately did not get a response back. The assignment went long, past my period and now counts against me. Today, I see the same assignment is posted and the same link does not work.
Can someone look into the link and correct it so others do not penalized too? Also, I am still requesting that you remove the "Imcomplete" mark against me.
