    Hello Clara - it sounds to me that you're going to the wrong place to log in.

    Since this sounds specific to the Crossmark workforce, I'm going to create a ticket for you so we can discuss this. I see that we have a gmail address for you - look for an email from me there soon.

    I know you posted this several months ago. If you're still having issues, there was a new update. For some odd reason it doesn't show up needing to be updated. You will have to find it in google play and then click to install it.
