Photography in retail stores
Hey is there any way of notifying people or proving to them that you're taking pictures of the products for Gigwalk and not for stalking people and or scout photography of the place to plan a robbery. I stick out like a sore thumb in retail places because I have no cart causing people to be suspicious of me. I was questioned by employee of what I was doing when I was trying to take a picture of the fruitsqueezable products and told me photography in the store is prohibited. Is there any way letting them know that you mean no harm to store and that you asked by Gigwalk to do what your doing?

I would love a solution to this as well. I had a Subway manager freak out at me for taking photos of their chip displays :/
She was waiting for me at each location I went to in order to prevent me from being able to complete my gigs, I had to withdraw from all of them because I thought she was going to call the police on me.0 -
There is another app that will still pay you in a situation like this. You should look at field agent. I've had two clients that gave me negative reviews even after following their instructions to a tee on this app and it's really put me off. I haven't done a gigwalk since not getting paid for a job that requested 80+ photos be shared on Dropbox. I personally think they are scammers, but I'm not sure to what end. They got all the photos and didn't have to pay a dime.
