Server issue

yesterday I had 12 gigs scheduled, all together for the sheer purpose of competing them at once, like I always do. 1st 4 uploaded fine. the last 7 got stuck "loading" with an error that kept coming up regarding "SERVER error". I had complete Internet with no interuptions the ENTIRE time. I carry a mobile Hotspot with me when I do gigs to ensure I have no issues. it took nearly 4 hours for the server issues to resolve. during this time 7 gigs expired. these were in offline mode while the server wasn't functioning or whatever, but they stayed spinning in offline, trying to sync and download for HOURS while i had full Internet. what am I supposed to do & how do u get paid for these?????
