I cannot submit my job. The error message is showing up and I've answered the questions and took a clear picture.

  Hi Flora,

   

  If the error message is about distance from the gig, please upgrade to the latest version of the app; we have a fix for that.

   

  If the error message is about geo-tags, and you're using an Android, please follow the below steps to turn on the correct settings:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Under Device locate the tab Apps

  3. Once you click on app you'll see the heading Application Settings

  4. Under Application Settings click on your camera

  5. Under Camera Setting you'll see a setting for Location Tags

  6. Make sure Location Tags is turned on.
