Hello, please write in to communitty@gigwalk.com and share the email address that you use for your Gigwalk account, as well as the information about the gig (name and address). That way, we'll be able to look into your account. Also, please confirm that you're using the Gigwalk Enterprise app (as opposed to the Gigwalk app)?
