Can not download images for mystery shop certification

    Hi Nicole,

     

    If I understand your comment correctly, then you're seeing "Attachments" for an example photo and are trying to use "download".  Rather than do that, you can simple use "view attachments" and view the example photo within the app.  It will still permit you to zoom in and you'll be able to see it very clearly; no need to download.  I hope that helps!

    Hi Nikki, I'm having the same problem. The app nor phone gives the option to View or Download. As soon as clicked, it begins to "download" unsuccessfully. Long pressing also does nothing.

    The mystery shopper certification says it’s been assigned but nothing showing for me to download

    I applied for the mystery shopper certification and it says it is pending but I can't do anything and don't what to do next.

    Myron - once you've been assigned the certification, then from time to time, you will have access to see additional gigs that require that certification.  We have one launching this week, hopefully today. You can confirm that the Certification is assigned by looking in your Profile.  It should show there.

     

    Jdowd, it's possible that someone else applied for the same one and was assigned this one.  You can apply for a second one, but if you do actually get assigned to two, then please withdraw from one.  Thanks!

    I had the same problem with photos not opening in order to complete the Mystery Shop Certifaction. I've tried twice now, which no luck, both gigs expired while I was trying to get photos to open, now the Gig isn't even listed.

    Nikki,
    Yes I am using android. Sergio explained exactly what was happening to me. I was able to pull the pictures up shortly after you sent your reply but it just happened to work. There is no option to view. As Sergio said when I clicked on the available links it automatically went to download and was unsuccessful. In case others are still having this issue I figured I would reply.

    Thanks.  One more question I thought of:
    Are these attachments found at the Gig Description level (outside of the gig task list, on the page where you would see "start gig" or "continue gig") or found at the Question level page?

    I think that all attachments found at the question level will additionally be shown in the main page, but maybe in the short term, they will work better at the question level, until we find a fix.

    I signed up and it was remove from my task. I don't understand why. I signed up again for the same one, so hopefully the system will allow me to complete it. Although I am a beginner and cannot see all of the instructions. So I don't know what I am needing to do.

    This exact issue is happening to me as well. It won't let me access the pictures to complete the certification, either on the gig page or the questionnaire page.

    Only an hour to finish my qualifications survey and I also can not download or view the pictures to answer the remaining questions. Incompletion is NOT a good way to start a new job.

    Are you able to share a screenshot here? Both of the bottom of the gig description page (where you see the "start gig" button), as well as when you have a question up. At the bottom of each of those, it should say "attachments".  When you click, there should be options for both "download" as well as "view".

    Same problem. Photos say downloading but no option to view and it just flashes the message quickly that it's downloading & disappears. Nothing downloads & i never see a picture. Where do I send a screenshot?

    I think from the first page, the gig description, you will only be able to see "download", which I find useless on my iOS.  However, if you go into each question, you should see "attachments" and then when you click that, you'll see "view".  It's pretty subtle.  When you click that, nothing is happening at all?

    Hmm. It's working now. I downloaded them all from the description page, then viewed them once I got to the questions. You guys must have done something to fix it...at least it fixed mine (I'm using Android) Thanks

    Tony send a message to support and put in subject attn Nikki re: mystery shop notifications. Go to top of this page, on far right click = and submit a ticket.

    I was having the exact same download issues but now I can see the pics but have no idea what to do. No instructions whatsoever. :(
