Applying for Gigs

How long do gigs take to get approved? Is there a time limit on the time clients can approve gigs? because I have a few that have been waiting for days.

  Most are immediately except the web ones. Those are a hit or miss and I have yet to get approved for one lol. Some take a few hours.
