    I am also having the same issue. I am able to login to support but not the app or the main Gigwalk website. App says inactive account and the website says invalid email address.

    Carlos - I got your user set to ACTIVE.  I think you should be able to go in now and use "forgot password" but if not, please let me know and I can reset the password for you as well.
