    Hi Vince,

     

    If you have any trouble with a Gig, as soon as you are having the trouble, please let us know at support@gigwalk.com. This will ensure we receive notification immediately which gives us a better chance to resolve the problem before the Gig is unassigned from you. In this case, I have managed to submit this Gig on your behalf.

    I had trouble submitting my Best Buy gig today. After 3 - 4 tries, I restarted the app and that helped. It took another try, maybe two.

    I have had the same problem with three gigs and am currently having this issue. I have 3 hours left until it expires. I hope someone will answer me before it does. Last time I was unassigned.

    Amy you need to force stop app and clear cache. Restart app then submit.

    Exactly! I am so frustrated at this point!! I got unassigned again because no one from support answered me in time even though I asked for help over a seven hour period. I am tired of doing the work and losing the gig because there is no help. What a waste of my time and gas money.
