    Its a bug with the new app. Just send a request to support and they should be able to fix it. They are working to try and fix all the bugs.

    They work Monday-Fridays so if you sent it Friday they should reply today.

    I also completed mine on 12/27/2018 and it's been 19 days ago. Still no payment. Where do I send the request to get this processed?

    Scroll to top of this screen. You will see an empty avatar icon in top right corner and next to it are 3 lines. Click the 3 lines and a menu will appear. Click submit request and fill out the form. Be sure to have your gig names before you open that screen.

    I have now opened two service tickets and not heard back. I also have a bunch of other jobs that are pending. Not as far back as this one but it seems like they are a bit delayed since they made switch from Enterprise to full on Gigwalk app

    They marked my ticket as solved. I don’t consider anything solved until I get paid. I thought payment was automatic after 14 days, not still up for review. It’s been 20 days now, they’ve had enough time to look at my work.

    They alluded to the fact that it may have been a bug saying “we will be fixing that soon.” And there was an update to the iOS app pushed out just 4 hours ago.

    I actually reopened the ticket and asked about the stated policy on the website about payments. So we will see

    No, not 14. Its a total of 16 days. The day you submit does not count as day 1. The following day through 14 days is the time the client has to review the work. If they don't do anything then on the 16th day the system will auto pay except last month. The gigs that are still not paid is because they temporarily changed the payment rule without notifying us. And the reason it was changed was because of the overwhelming workload from what I was told. So, if its 20 days to 25 days from that period of time when the rule was changed they will pay. I saw payment on 20~26 day. But nudging them is important and make sure you choose appropriate topic with 'high' for level of importance. Leave urgent for things that are serious like app completely dead.

    I had same issue. Ask about FB display & I indicated there wasn't a 4x10 one & ask me to upload pictures... THERE WASN'T ONE. I'm still waiting!
