No gigwalks
AnsweredIs my phone/account blocked?
I have not seen any food gigwalks (doordash, slice, delivery.com etc) for my area since Feb 1st in Hollywood, ca.
Is this normal?
Any suggestions?

Hi Sergio,
Those gigs are not currently live. In order to make sure that your app is working, try zooming out to another area and clicking "search this area". If you can see gigs anywhere in the country, then your app and account are fine.

I think theres something wrong because i searched a different area but the app zoomed back to my location and no gigwalks were displayed for ANY area.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
My history in notifications is now clear while my past gigwalks are visible.
Not sure how to proceed.
Please help.

Hmm.
-Are you using Android or iOS?
-Make sure you're using the blue Gigwalk app and not the white Gigwalk Enterprise app.
-Make sure you've updated to the latest version of the app (which you would have done whenever you did the reinstall if you got the new one from the app store).

I see no food gigwalks and only 1 store gigwalk.Its usually lot more than that.
I thought because it was february or the begining or month.Sergio

Right, as I mentioned, there are no food gigs right now. If you can see 1 store gig, that's good. But there are also a couple others in your area that you should see: definitely 99 Cent gig, Feedback of a website... you don't see those?
And yes, the amount of gigs simply varies based on when clients need work done.
