Hand and Body Lotion
I have never had so many problems with a gig. One request to resubmit was because my photos were in “portrait AND landscape mode.” Which was blanketedly false, they were all I. I don’t believe they even looked at the photos. They WERE ALL in Landscape mode, because I’ve been getting criticisms from this lotion gig for over a week.
I’ve never had so many problems with a gig, and I’ve still yet to be paid out for anything. -am I being targeted? This feels wrong.

No, the client is just very specific. I've been sent back on one of mine too twice but no response since my last upload. I had one of mine on 45 degree angle per instructions in mine as it said it was allowed but was sent back lol. So I took all horizontal because it was too tight in the area. I had to break the section into 3 horizontal photos.

Thanks for the feedback. May I ask when was your last upload? But yeah, they are specific to a fault that they do themselves a disservice. For example, I’ve received contradictory instructions from them corrections, that are constructive, but more confusing. And out of 10+ of these gigs over 50% comeback, which is unprecedented for as thorough I have been with all of these various clients.

2/21/19 was when I sent it in after correction. They had one Friday for a location no one picked up or if they did it wasn't completed so I wrote them and said to open it for 8hr I will finish it. They opened it and I sent it in Friday night after killing myself over those big gigs 🙈.

This is ridiculous. ALL of 8 of my submissions were rejected, most with comments like “section 6 and 7 were not in portrait” WHEN THERE IS NO SECTION 6 or 7! There is only 1 and 2.
Omg. They are making things up.

Send a ticket to support. Possibly they are getting yours mixed up with someone elses.

@Bella Luna were you able to photograph one whole section with one portrait shot?
I had to take at least two overlapped photos per section (the shelving sections are 5 feet in the stores I've visited). In one store there were hotspot/stand up displays on the top shelf requiring 4 portrait orientation photos (top L, top R, bottom L, bottom R). The request that the photos be taken at a 45 degree angle (or any angle) is contrary to any instructions I've ever been given when performing an audit. The instructions invariably are to take straight on photos from top to bottom and left to right. They want to be able to read shelf tags and product labels.0 -
I did most in 1 portrait but there were 2 locations I couldn't and sent a note. I had to take 3 of each horizontally. Now the gig says do it portrait style only facing straight but some stores are so cramped its impossible. The instructions says take more than one if needed.

I had to take two minimum in order to capture the width of the shelf. There was quite a bit of overlap but one photo was not possible.
