Display Merchandising Audits (BBB)

Regarding the display merchandising audits (BBB), how do we extend the gig time due to having to make a 2 day prior appointment. The gigs still expire in the regular timeframe. When an appointment is set, it should automatically extend the gig time or it needs to be a 3 day completion time. Please advise. Thanks!
