  John this means you will see certain gigs only available to anyone with that certification.Others will not and nothing to do past completing the certification.

  I too dont quite understand how these are supposed to be done. I tried the mystery shopper from home so I can be certified and didnt quite understand where I was supposed to go or do. They dont really give much detail or understandable information.
