App Can't locate me

I have my GPS on and Wi-Fi and my app still cannot find me. It just keeps having a pop up saying we're working to find you please be patient or something like that. Anybody else have this issue?

  My app is not locating me while out on the property taking the photos, but my GPS in Maps is working perfectly

  Go to app manager and clear cache for gigwalk then hit force stop. Restart device. If it is still giving same message then turn on airplane mode for 2 minutes. Turn off airplane mode and try gigwalk again. It could be a slow connection to gigwalks server.
