Gig Reopened and then deleted by customer within 1 hr
This morning at 5:28 AM I received an email notification that a gig I did last week at 1255 S. Lamb Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 was reopened and needed one redo of a photo for Q108. At 6:48 AM I received email notification that I was unassigned from this gig. During this time, I was sleeping and did not read these emails until I woke up. I did not unassign myself from this gig.
I have attached copies of the emails and screenshots when I contacted support. I have also contacted support for bug issues twice in the last week, but have not heard anything back. This issue is the most bothersome of all- The gig does not even show up on my past history. I did not delete the gig. The customer must have. It's one thing to ask me to redo a gig, but to delete it from my history and not even get paid for it is absolutely wrong and bad business.
At this point, I am willing to go back to the store but I cannot go today because I am going out of town. If the gig can be fixed, I think it's only fair the time be reset starting tomorrow.
I value gigwalk and what it has done for my income, but this specific issue is bothersome. That was a $34 gig. It is not close by to me and I spent my time and money on gas. I hope this issue gets rectified immediately.
