gig does not show complete

In the app when I apply for a gig it goes to pending and once the gig is complete it does not show where to input the information, also I reviewed the info for in app photo tab I did not see one . I think this is a problem unless it is made to make people think they are doing something when they are not, because that's what I got from it. I applied for a gig finished the gig and because there was no clear cut way to submit any report or answer questions I contacted the customer with my information and still have not heard a word about payment or the proper way to go about getting the job done the right way.
