Assignment !?!

For some reason my profile keeps accepting the same assignment over and over without me choosing it. It has accepted an assignment in arcanum Ohio multiple times repeatedly without me choosing it. I’m have went in and unassigned it myself for it only to reactor my itself. Please advise!?!
