How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Open up the Gigwalk App
2. Click the "FORGOT PASSWORD" link displayed beneath the password field
3. Enter the email address you used to create your Gigwalk account 
4. Click "SEND EMAIL WITH INSTRUCTIONS" button

An email with password reset instructions will then be sent to your Gigwalk email address. Follow the instructions in this email to continue the reset process.

If you want to change a known password you can log in then make the necessary changes.

1. Login
2. Click the 3 menu button (3 horizontal lines in the top left of the screen)
3. Click My Profile
4. Click the padlock icon (2nd icon from the left displayed beneath your email address)
5. Enter your current password, your new password, and finally, retype your new password
